SilverFit Classes
Our beginner’s 60+ community. Re-build strength, improve mobility & increase endurance. Select either 1/2/3 times a week or unlimited classes.

Unlimited Classes
Unlimited Members can choose from any of the classes or open gym times throughout the week.

Youth Unlimited Classes
This plan is for all youth and students currently enrolled in post-secondary school. This membership can be used for open gym or any class.
Open Gym Only
Open Gym Access – Your Time, Your Terms
Train on your own schedule with our Open Gym membership. You'll have access to our beautiful facility using a private side-door code, giving you the freedom to follow your own programming whenever it works best for you. (not available during class times)
Want more structure or accountability? One-on-one coaching and personalized programming are available for an additional fee.
1-1 Personal Training
If you're new to fitness and want to build a strong foundation, our 1-on-1 training is the perfect place to start. Designed for beginners, this program helps you assess your current fitness level, learn proper form and technique, and gain the confidence to begin your fitness journey.
Our 1-on-1 training package includes:
✔ A full fitness assessment
✔ Three private coaching sessions focused on movement, technique, and personalized workout options
✔ A customized workout plan tailored to your goals
After completing your sessions, you can continue with an additional 3 sessions for ongoing support or confidently transition into our group classes.
