Circuit combines strength, and cardio in a fast-paced, station-based workout. Timed intervals keep you moving while challenging your endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.

Our weightlifting class focuses on teaching and improving the fundamental barbell lifts in a supportive environment. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your technique, this class helps you build strength from the ground up.

Family Night

Family Night combines fitness and fun through partner workouts designed for parents and kids. Designed for families with children who are interested in the gym, this class is all about staying active together.

Men’s Night

Men’s Night with Coach Cory focuses on building strength and improving mobility. Using primarily dumbbells, this class is perfect whether you’re new to the gym or a seasoned pro.

Upper Body + Core

This class combines targeted strength training with core-focused exercises to build a strong upper body. Workouts are designed to strengthen your shoulders, back, chest, arms, and core.
