Holly Cochrane

Founder & Owner

Holly Cochrane is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Social Worker (RSW) specializing in counselling services for Teens and Adults. With a passion for empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives, Holly has become known for her unique approach to therapy that combines physical movement with transformative mental shifts. Her guiding motto, "Move Your Body, Change Your Mind," reflects her belief that true healing encompasses both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being.

Holly uses her degree in Social Work, extensive training as personal trainer and Certificate in Functional Nutrition to support the whole person.

As a counsellor, Holly understands the importance of fostering a positive therapeutic environment. She strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Drawing from her extensive training and clinical experience, Holly utilizes evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring personalized care and effective outcomes.

Holly's innovative approach incorporates physical activities and exercises into her counselling sessions. Recognizing the powerful connection between the mind and body, she encourages clients to engage in movement-based therapies that promote holistic well-being. By incorporating elements such as yoga, walking therapy, or boxing, Holly helps individuals harness the transformative power of physicality to facilitate emotional growth and healing.

What sets Holly apart is her commitment to delivering counseling that actually leaves her clients feeling good. While acknowledging the complexities of each person's journey, she places great emphasis on fostering a sense of joy, self-acceptance, and resilience. Her clients often describe her counseling style as uplifting and invigorating, leaving them inspired and motivated to make positive changes in their lives.

Holly and her husband Cory have 2 teenage daughters and enjoy life in the beautiful Qu’Appelle Valley.
