Holly is a CFL2, CanFit Pro Certified and Precision Nutrition coach. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
She’s been coaching Crosstraining classes for 7+ years and has a passion for working with people to become stronger inside.
She has always been active but it was when she started training Fuctional Fitness with the (RCMP) that she found her true passion.
She achieved her Level 1 in 2014 and came back to coach one class a day. She’s since since added CanFit Pro Personal Training certification and CrossFit Level 2.
In 2019 it was time to follow her passion of "Food is Fuel" and she completed her Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.
Outside of fitness, she spends time with her husband Cory and their daughters Kenzie and Kaida.

Raquel Moleski
Raquel has been attending Crosstraining classes with Holly since before K2 opened.
She fell in love with Barre training because it is offers low impact options for current members and a great workout with out burpees and heavy lifting.
She completed training with the American Barre Technique and started teaching at K2. She loves to lift heavy weights, but she’s never felt stronger and fitter than after a year of Barre.
